When did you first get into fitness?
I’ve always been into fitness since I was very young but I got into the gym and lifting after I had my daughter

What motivates you?
I get motivated by setting myself small targets and my own improvements in my body


What sort of training do you do?
I do plenty of weight training and I love boxing

What would be your top training tip?
No matter what exercise you are doing always think about your form and posture at all times. It will make a massive difference.
what sort of diet do you follow?
I follow a high “good fat” diet with a healthy balance of the right carbs and proteins.


What would be your top diet tip?
Always eat little yet often.

What are your future goals?
My future goals are to carry on inspiring and motivating others.
I am also going to be traveling to the U.S. to
do some filming so I look to make that a success.


What advice would you give a younger version of yourself?
I would tell myself to never give up and keep smiling because the future is bright and keep doing what you’re doing.
